About The Potter's Gems
A Little Rough. A Little Sparkle.
Always One of a Kind.
Welcome to The Potter's Gems — where handcrafted jewelry, turquoise, permanent jewelry, vintage treasures and unexpected finds all come together under one roof. Nothing cookie cutter. Just beautiful pieces with personality, a little sparkle and a story to tell.
Our Story
The Potter's Gems began with a love of creating jewelry more than 25 years ago. What started at the jewelry table grew into
metalsmithing, silversmithing, hand-stamping and a love for turning turquoise, sterling silver, copper and unexpected finds into pieces with personality.
Today, our little shop in Historic Downtown Van Buren is part jewelry studio, part treasure hunt and always a little unexpected.
Along with pieces handcrafted right here, we offer permanent jewelry, carefully chosen ready-to-wear jewelry, vintage treasures, gifts and one-of-a-kind finds.
We believe jewelry should feel personal-something you love wearing, something that tells a story, or sometimes simply something that makes you smile.
What You'll Find Here
Handcrafted Jewelry
One-of-a-kind pieces created right here at The Potter's Gems-from turquoise and sterling silver to copper, gemstones, mixed metals and hand-stamped designs. Each piece has a personality all its own.
Permanent Jewelry
Permanent jewelry is one of our specialties! Choose from bracelets, anklets, necklaces and fitted toe rings, with a variety of chains and ways to make your piece your own.
Curated Jewelry & Unique Finds
Not everything in The Potter's Gems is made in our studio-and that's part of the fun. We carefully choose ready-to-wear jewelry, vintage treasures and unexpected gifts that fit the personality of our shop: beautiful, interesting and a little different from what you'll find everywhere else.
Why We Do This
We believe the best jewelry — whether it's handmade or vintage, copper or silver, a gift or a treat for yourself — should feel like it was meant for you. That's what we're here to help you find.
Thank you for being here. We're glad you found us.
